Confession: I may or may not have happily gained a good amount of weight “researching” plant-based dishes in Vegas, but that’s neither here nor there. ^_^ Moe + I LOVE going to Vegas for a nice getaway. There are actually plenty of posts on my old blog about our mini-holidays spent shopping, show watching + eating our way through the menus. The list of vegan options along the Las Vegas Strip is growing + that makes me one happy kitten!
Wazuzu is definitely a go-to restaurant for us. I can’t tell you how many photos I’ve taken + presentations we’ve had with the Crunchy Rolls + Brownie Sundae…It’s not an embarrassing number.*crawls under blanket*). This time, we added their ramen to our “Crushed It” list. Two thumbs up!
Slice of Vegas. Moe + I haven’t been here in a few years. I freakin’ love their pies…What the heck was I thinking?! Remember when I mentioned I had seriously sprained, strained + bruised my hands + wrists? Well, Moe captured my brilliant consumption of their Back East Buffalo pizza. BRILLIANT. Go ahead. Click HERE. His reaction is my favorite part.
SW Steakhouse ER MAH GAAAAH! Another beautiful place at the Wynn Resort. Don’t be mislead by the name. The vegan menu is stellar, guys + dolls! From start to finish, this is one of my new favorite dining digs. I’m currently salivating looking over these pictures again. Guess the only way to stop that is to go back, right? Anyone in?
Jardin Ah, poolside breakfast? Count me in! It’s the Encore Resort’s newest spot it use to be Botero, if you are wondering. This was probably the lightest meal we’ve had -quantity wise….EVER! But sometimes, French toast is satisfying all on it’s own.
Andrea’s Home of our most beloved sushi. Moe doesn’t jive well with nori, tofu, mushrooms, aioli or the majority of the condiment aisle. Thanks to this place, we can both enjoy sharing all of that housed in their Vegan Tofu Roll. On the other hand, there’s nothing wrong with ordering one for each of us! ^_<
Hope you had a smashing day!
Gloves + Kisses!
